Berdasarkan hasil diskusi, lanjut Anna, pihak Garuda Indonesia menjanjikan untuk memberangkatkan kembali jemaah haji UPG-05 pada pukul 21.00 WITA menuju Madinah. Pesawat ini awalnya disiapkan untuk memberangkatkan UPG-06 yang baru akan terbang besok pagi. Selanjutnya, Garuda Indonesia akan menyiapkan pesawat lainnya untuk menerbangkan UPG-06 pada 16 Mei 2024.

“Kami minta Garuda Indonesia memegang komitmen akan keamanan dan keselamatan dengan mempersiapkan pesawat sebaik mungkin dari jauh-jauh hari. Sehingga tidak mengacaukan rencana perjalanan jemaah yang sudah disusun. Sebab, perubahan jadwal atau penggantian peswat yang mendadak akan berdampak sistemik, termasuk berkenaan dengan penempatan hotel, transportasi, dan konsumsi jemaah di Madinah,” sebut Anna.

“Kami minta Garuda siapkan mitigasi secara menyeluruh dan langkah antisipasi. Kami minta jadwal penerbangan harus tetap sama, tidak berubah karena ini bisa menyebabkan efek domino,” tandasnya.
